Arena Mar Hotel and SPA

Spending the Easter Holidays in this location was the best choice, among many other spa options that I had. The all-inclusive system, which is not an option for me, usually proved to be extremely welcome, considering that in the off-season, the restaurant offers are reduced. Everything was far beyond expectations. I say this because at the beginning of the season, the managerial start can be difficult. This was not the case here. From the reception, where we were greeted with kindness and perfect professionalism, to the clean, impeccable and warm-colored room, to the spa and the diversified cuisine, everything was perfect. A model of good practice for hotel services, I would say. I am crazy about swimming, and the water warmer than the thermal baths, the sauna, followed by a bucket of cold water, on the Icelandic model, gave me the relaxation and good mood that we all need. We don't drink alcohol, but I saw many tourists satisfied with the diversity of drinks. I want to congratulate the entire management team, not with the claim to be an expert in HORECA, but with the claim to have had the chance to travel to 4-5 stars, some disappointing. So beyond expectations. It's worth it, especially if you want to take advantage of Schengen and arrive in 4 hours, for mini-vacations or weekends.

Great location, easy 3 min walk to the beach, although there are quite a few steps to go down. The room was very cool. We visited just before peak season so we had parking available right in front of the hotel (20 leva/day, but that seems to be the norm here). The pool was not very crowded, and we always found pool chairs available. Good size dining hall and plenty of options for breakfast. The bed was very large and we slept very comfortably with our 2yo. Daily cleaning of the room and change of towels.

I parked in the private parking lot in front of the hotel. Hotel that is 5 minutes from the beach. The room was very nice, spacious and equipped with everything you needed but still not very clean. The food was enough for everyone, good food but not great, the outdoor pool was quite clean with enough sunbeds.

Never went for breakfast, short walk down steps to beach or a long maybe 15 mins down the hill. Hair dryer in bathroom which was fast and great. Towels changed daily if needed. Car park very dear about 17 Lev a day which would mount up over the 2 weeks stay. you can take English money and change into Lev while u are there.

There is an inside swimming pool, sauna and SPA, so you can come at any time during the year. The food is also good, we were able to easily find something healthy and tasty at the same time. Amazing staff, especially the guy in the bar and the woman in the massage cabinet. We really enjoyed our stay.
